The gentlemen that helped me in the front were incredible! Has a ton of fun discussion with him! The young lady that checked the vehicle with me was honest and fun! Thinking of it as was so late everybody was satisfied and glad to help. AIthough I had trouble with the 1800 customer service representative on the drop off everything else went well.

Rachel performed phenomenal customer service from the beginning until the end with a contagious grin. Indeed, even with the various customers coming in, she didn’t rush, she took as much time as is needed and told the holding up clients she will be with them shortly. This won’t be my last visit.

My experience with “Airport Van Rental was much greater than I expected. Compared with the other van rental companies, the van was in great shape, and the price for the week was the best around. I would and have prescribed you to other individuals, and would come to you once more.

Staff was extraordinary yet the minivan was not. Only one minivan was available. Furthermore, it was to somewhat filthy. While staff attempted to clarify and accommodate, the minivan had the check tire pressure light come up. Overall, alright to great.

The Van was great. It took all of us over California, yet it made some strange noises almost every day. It was absolutely Bare bones, yet that is alright. However, we had purchased a DVD Player to bring with us and inadvertently left 4 DVDs in the Glove Compartment. When I messaged Customer Service about them, I received no reply. I understand if they were lost in the transfer of the Van to other renters, yet I would have loved an answer-back.
