I was impressed by Maria’s quick response and the helpful letter from Madlin Allred (General Manager) today. Because of their convenient help, I was able to cancel a time-share contract before the new contract cancellation period had expired.

Today I called to get data on the timeshare that I purchased a week ago. I needed to escape that. The individual on the opposite end simply send me an email and asked me to fill out and mailed it out. I valued that they work together so genuinely. Much obliged to you! Aconsumercredit!!! I would definitely like to recommend them to my companions when they need help!

Same issue as everyone else. I call and get only a voice-mail. All emails I send they skip back. Not sure what to do now, but rather I’m accepting my money is gone!!! Purchaser credit does not do what they say. Any update would be impressive, other than these things take time.

I am having similar issues described by others. I hired this company about a year ago. When I called this summer, I was given August 17 as a settlement date. I have called, e-mailed and no response. I am in panic mode now and just so disgusted.
