When we were in a pinch for a corporate event, Ace Exhibits was very helpful. They were responsive to the chat, their platform was intuitive to use when uploading artwork, and beautifully the products came out. Without sacrificing quality, their prices were affordable. I also enjoyed being American Made.

It was easy to order the experience. They give you a basic template and easy to understand instructions for which artwork will or will not come out perfectly. Once the image has been uploaded, they give you an overlay where cutting or unseen parts may occur. I wish the preview could be resolved a little better. Would highly recommend this service and using Ace Exhibits for sure!!!

Even though we were promised a day lead time, our product would arrive late due to a production problem. The representative of the customer service was gracious and delivered it to us as express at no cost. I appreciate the efforts they made to ensure timely receipt of the product.

The process of uploading and approving the artwork was easy, the product quickly arrived and was of high quality. The only downside is that the display did not come with instructions for assembly, and there were no instructions on the website, so I had to chat with an agent to get the instructions that happened right after I made the request.
