Simply completed my mortgage through Optima Legal this evening and I must state my experience was good. Loved the online portal and all went through very quickly even though I was including my partner onto the mortgage. Everybody I addressed was polite and set aside the opportunity to talk to me through the few questions I had. Can’t blame them.

Having read some of the negative reviews, I was exceptionally anxious about my remortgage being placed with Optima Legal. However, I couldn’t have been happier with the service! The staff was very helpful, my remortgage completed on my expected date and was a very smooth transaction.

Magnificent service quick and productive very easy to order. Will order again in the future without hesitation. We needed to return one light because of no blame of the organization, yet they were extremely accommodating in offering an exchange or refund. We went for a discount, and this was soon at our bank.

Thank you so much for such fantastic service – I ordered the items that I wanted for my child’s gathering packs late on a Sunday night and they were conveyed on the Tuesday with an hour time slot, so I knew precisely when they were coming.
